Becoming a Partner
All associates are eligible to become an equity partner at The Connor
Group. Partners don’t merely work for the company; the company works for
them. While investors pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for the privilege
of owning a piece of the company, associates can earn the same benefit
through an exceptional long-term job performance. There are 25 company
partners, a group that includes not just executives, but maintenance
technicians and administrative assistants as well.
Partners give a great deal to the company in terms of their time and
talent. In return, they receive an ownership percentage – a percentage
that can come with some very significant dollars. For example, over 10
years, a Partner’s 1% ownership can range from $250,000 to $3 million.
