Maintenance Tech

Maintenance is the backbone of great customer service.  Whether it’s getting an apartment “White Glove” ready for move-in or making a repair in a resident’s home, our techs exceed industry standards. We offer 39 different training classes free of charge, including how to troubleshoot and repair air conditioners and appliances. There are significant pay increases as you progress from Level 1 tech all the way to a Level 3 tech. If you are mechanically inclined, love fixing things correctly and care about customers, this is the perfect job for you.
